Food and Cider Pairings Series at Tieton Cider Works

6 p.m.- 8 p.m. Join us at Tieton Cider Works on the first 3 Thursdays in December for 3 nights of educational and flavorful cider pairings. Learn about the best sweet, savory and scientific foods that complement our cider while tasting through 6 different pairings.

December 5th - The sweet course will feature 5 locally prepared pastries from Essencia Bakery including a sweet charcuterie board paired with our ciders.

December 12th - The savory course will feature a Thai dish, sausages, leek soup, pot stickers, a harvest salad, and a savory charcuterie board paired with our ciders

December 19th - The scientific course will teach you how to incorporate our ciders into different dishes. You will not only see how to prepare them, but also have a chance to enjoy them one they are done.   

Come hungry and ready to learn about unique food and drink options for this holiday season!

$25 per person each night | $15 for cider club members
